WINTER WORKSHOP

In addition to our summer theatre camp, this year we are developing one of Liam’s (our founder) desires for a “more-than-summer” theatre experience. This winter we will be holding an acting (and optional directing) experience located at A SPACE FOR DISCOVERY in the ViaPort Rotterdam Mall. (Please note that this is NOT located in our usual summer theatre camp location of the Albany Barn)

CAMP DATES (choose one):
OPTION 1: Saturdays from January 24th – March 28th (No February 21st) from 10 AM – 12 PM
OPTION 2: Thursdays from January 22nd – March 26th (No February 19th) from 4 PM – 6 PM
OPTION 3: Both Options 1 and 2

* All sessions should be ready to attend the final Thursday (3/26) and final Saturday (3/28) for the full-show showcase on March 28th.

Register by: Thursday January 8th, 2026

LOCATION: The Discovery Center (ViaPort Rotterdam Mall)
AGES: 8 – 18
SHOWCASE PERFORMANCE: Saturday, March 28th at 12 PM (immediately following the final 10 AM – 12 PM class)
COST: Free (Suggested Donation of $25 per student)

Students will experience:

  • Non-musical Acting
  • Creation and development of multiple characters
  • Prop and Costume Design
  • Theatre games
  • Casual fun!
  • OPTIONAL: Select a specific vignette scene to direct and learn directing leadership through experience (prior acting experience required)
